Wear comfortable, breathable clothing that allows you to move freely. For yoga, think leggings and a fitted top. For Reiki and sound baths, just come as you are — you'll be lying down in a relaxed position.
Absolutely not! Every session is personalized to your level, whether you're a complete beginner or have years of practice. I meet you exactly where you are.
Yes! I offer in-person sessions in Jupiter, FL, and I also hold live online sessions via video call for yoga, meditation, and guided practices. Moon rituals and sound baths are in-person only.
A sound bath is a meditative experience where you lie comfortably while crystal quartz singing bowls create a wash of healing frequencies. It's deeply relaxing — most people describe it as feeling like a massage for the nervous system.
I ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to the full session fee. Life happens though — just communicate with me and we'll work it out.
